TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "Subscriber") and Tech With Salman ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors and registered workspace accounts using our software applications and website.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Tech With Salman operates:

• Social Media OS Platform: Cloud-based social media management, post scheduling, workflow orchestration, multi-platform publishing, and digital asset organization software.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur within your workspace. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration and keep your account details updated.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE & USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to use the Tech With Salman website or Social Media OS software to:

• Publish, distribute, or schedule spam, deceptive schemes, unauthorized advertising, malware, phishing links, or defamatory/unlawful content.
• Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.
• Circumvent, bypass, or reverse-engineer any rate-limiting, security controls, or API safeguards of our platform or integrated social media networks.
• Violate the developer terms, community guidelines, or policies of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, or Snapchat.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' workspaces, servers, or connected systems.

5. THIRD-PARTY SOCIAL PLATFORM INTEGRATIONS

• Independent Status: Social Media OS is an independent product. It is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, YouTube, or other third-party platforms.
• Platform Terms Apply: When you connect your social media profiles, you remain bound by the respective terms of service of each social network.
• API Availability: We are not liable for scheduling disruptions, API rate limits, deprecations, or outages caused by third-party social networks.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Our Property: Tech With Salman, Social Media OS, software code, UI designs, logos, graphics, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Tech With Salman and its licensors.
• Your Content: You retain full intellectual property ownership of all media, graphics, videos, captions, and text uploaded to your workspace. By uploading content, you grant us only the limited license necessary to format and publish that content to your authorized social accounts as instructed.

7. PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTIONS & REFUNDS

Paid tiers and features are billed according to published subscription pricing. Subscription payments are processed via authorized payment gateways. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal billing cycle.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech With Salman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of your use of or inability to use the services.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace access immediately, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of third-party API terms. You may terminate your account at any time by following our data deletion procedures.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted in the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
