USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

OVERVIEW

Social Media OS (techwithsalman.online) connects to third-party social platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Snapchat) via official OAuth authorizations. If you wish to delete your data or disconnect your accounts from Social Media OS, choose either of the straightforward methods below.

METHOD 1: INSTANT IN-APP DELETION (RECOMMENDED)

You can instantly revoke access tokens or purge your entire workspace directly from your dashboard:

1. 1Log in to your workspace at app.techwithsalman.online.
2. 2Navigate to Settings → Connected Accounts / Integrations.
3. 3Locate the specific channel (e.g. Meta / Facebook / Instagram / TikTok) and click "Disconnect / Revoke Access". This immediately invalidates and permanently purges stored OAuth tokens.
4. 4To delete your entire account and all associated data, navigate to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Workspace.
5. 5Confirm deletion. All scheduled drafts, uploaded media assets, logs, and profile records will be permanently purged from our primary database immediately and cleared from backups within 24–48 hours.

METHOD 2: EMAIL DATA DELETION REQUEST

If you cannot access your dashboard or prefer manual assistance, you may submit a deletion request to our Data Protection team:

2. 2Use the Subject line: [Data Deletion Request] - Social Media OS
3. 3Include in the email body:
   • Your registered email address on Social Media OS.
   • Your workspace name or organization name.
   • Whether you wish to delete specific connected social accounts or purge your entire account.
4. 4Our team will verify ownership and process the deletion within 30 days, returning an official Deletion Confirmation ID.

HOW TO REMOVE SOCIAL MEDIA OS DIRECTLY FROM FACEBOOK / META

In accordance with Meta Platform policies, you can also revoke permissions directly inside your Facebook account:

1. 1Log in to your Facebook profile and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. 2Scroll down to Security & Permissions → Apps and Websites.
3. 3Find Social Media OS (or Tech With Salman) in the active apps list.
4. 4Click Remove. You may also check the box to delete all posts or data associated with the app.
5. 5Facebook will generate a confirmation code and notify our automated data deletion callback to purge any remaining tokens.

WHAT DATA IS DELETED VS. RETAINED

• Permanently Deleted: OAuth access tokens, channel profile information, scheduled post drafts, uploaded photos/videos, user session logs, and analytics cache.
• Retained for Legal Compliance: Invoicing, billing transactions, or tax receipts are retained solely as required by applicable commercial accounting laws.
